Hilton and Tracy have been involved in the horticultural industry since 1985. They have immense experience in operating small, medium, large and multisite garden centres all around Australia. Founded by Hilton & Tracy in 2013, Gro Australia has expanded to provide access to many areas of business services.
Gro Australia believes that the success of any business includes identifying the goals and vision for the business and implementing the strategies to achieve these.
Gro Australia Mentoring helps to identify targets and directions with owners and key staff to be working towards success. This is a very results driven program that includes a store appraisal that reviews merchandising, layout, customer traffic flow, marketing and branding, business planning, budgeting, KPI monitoring and industry benchmarking.
Gro Networking is our retail network. Gro Networking provides the opportunity for independent businesses to come together and share resources, ideas, and opportunities to achieve big business results on an affordable budget.
Gro Networking is always expanding, adding new services and opportunities for businesses to achieve successful results. But more than that Gro Networking provides an environment where its clients and members can feel safe, confident and successful.
