Intellectual Property
Gro Networking is the owner and retains all such Intellectual Property rights in relation to all materials and imagery supplied for the purpose of performing the services for its members as listed in this agreement.

Ownership of Materials Created by Gro Networking
Where the Images and Documentation supplied to Gro Networking by the Client, is not the owner of the Intellectual Property rights. The Client undertakes to use reasonable endeavors to obtain a licence to permit Gro Networking to use those images and documents.

Confidential Information
Confidential Information Gro Networking and the Client intend to work together and to share confidential information in relation to the services outlined in “Gro Networking Agreement”. Any confidential information disclosed between the two parties must be held “Confidential”.

Site Visit
Site visit will be charged in the month of the visit. Travel costs to be negotiated at the time of booking flights, car hire and accommodation and will be charged at the booking time.

Validity of Agreement
Minimum 12 Months

Pricing
Services and pricing as per price list. All pricing is exclusive of GST. Freight charges may vary and are additional to the above pricing. Pricing charged monthly.
